ADR-069: Case-study writeups as a core marketing artifact

Status: Superseded — content moved to docs/briefs/case-study-writeups-brief.md Date: 2026-05-23 Superseded: 2026-05-23 (same day — see Discussion below)

Why this was superseded

Case-study writeups are a marketing/content commitment, not a technical or architectural decision. ADRs are for things like dependencies, patterns, API design, and deferred features. Marketing artifact decisions belong in docs/briefs/ alongside the other content and product briefs.

Original content moved to docs/briefs/case-study-writeups-brief.md. That document is the canonical source; this ADR is preserved as a Superseded record so any references to ADR-069 still resolve.

The original commitment (Ryan Sarver as first subject, side-by-side format, milestone-triggered cadence, distribution surfaces) is preserved in full in the brief, with format guidance added.
