Pulse / Sync Game — Internal Docs¶
A browsable view of docs/ from the sync-game-v2 repo. Markdown is the source of truth; this site re-renders it for easier reading.
New here? Start with the Reader's Guide
Measurement Schema — Reader's Guide is the plain-language explainer for how Pulse measures judgment — no shorthand, with a diagram of the five layers and a full glossary. The single best on-ramp to the rest of these docs.
Decisions¶
The Architecture Decision Records are the load-bearing reference here. Start with the ADR index — 84 decisions, navigable two ways: by status (what still needs a call) and by theme (eight groups), plus a diagram of how they evolved.
📊 Interactive schematics¶
Standalone, explorable tools — start at the hub →, or jump straight in:
- Cube console → — the interactive one. Shape a decision with the cube levers and watch a scenario rewrite; switch the surface and the options re-word while the drivers + signals hold; pull a lever and the signals move. Precomputed, no LLM.
- Measurement Schema explorer → — reference: every measurement primitive, clickable, with search, filters, and a pipeline overview.
- Scenario Dimension Cube explorer → — reference: the 12 structural axes + content layer, clickable with an inspect drawer.
Other sections¶
- Roadmap — current direction
- Briefs — design briefs and exploratory writeups
- Handoffs — schema, infographic, and analytics handoffs
- Audits — corpus and content audits
- Design — UI / visual exploration
- Orchestrator — orchestrator notes
- Twin — Twin product notes
- Archive — stale or one-off docs kept for posterity
Quick lookups¶
- What needs a decision: the ADR index opens with a By status view — open, parked, and superseded, separated from the settled ones
- Search bar (top of page) indexes every file in this site
